Anna Cranmer

President/Founder

Anna Cranmer has spent more than two decades shaping the lives of children and strengthening the families who care for them. Her life’s work has been defined by a rare blend of compassion, vision, and unwavering commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments where young people can grow, heal, and thrive.

From 2001 to 2012, Anna owned and operated Tiny Tots Daycare/Preschool in New Jersey—a beloved early‑childhood center known for its warmth, structure, and developmental excellence. Under her leadership, Tiny Tots became more than a childcare program; it became a trusted community hub where children were celebrated, families were supported, and learning was infused with joy and purpose.

Anna’s educational foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, grounding her work in faith, integrity, and a deep understanding of human dignity. She has also completed more than 30 continuing‑education credits focused on child development, early learning, trauma‑informed care, and best practices for supporting young children. Her dedication to lifelong learning reflects her belief that every child deserves the highest standard of care.

Her success is not measured only by the programs she has built, but by the lives she has touched. Parents describe her as a steady presence. Children remember her as a source of safety and encouragement. Colleagues recognize her as a leader who brings both structure and heart to every endeavor.

Today, Anna continues to pour her experience into mission‑driven work that uplifts vulnerable youth and strengthens communities. Her legacy is one of service, excellence, and a calling to restore hope and possibility to every child entrusted to her care.
