Phase 1: Trasitional Housing For Youth Aging Out of Foster Care
The goal of Southern Cross Campus Inc’s first strategic phase of growth is to create hope and stability for youth who’ve recently aged out of the foster care system (ages 18 -23) through loving, supportive off-site transitional housing.

Phase 2: Purchase Land for Full Campus
The second phase of Southern Cross Campus Inc’s strategic growth plan is to find 15 acres of land to accomodate our full campus. This campus will bring brighter futures for our future 315 staff members, 84 foster care residents in our housing, and 826 students of the collegiate charter school.

Phase 3: Stable, Home-like Housing
Phase 3 of Southern Cross Campus Inc’s stragetic growth plan is where the power of our holitistic ecosystem will begin to shine. We will build 5 housing units at the back of the campus property to provide stable, love-based housing to 84 foster youth under the age of 18 and special needs foster youth until the age of 23. This phase will provide 149 much needed jobs to local community members as well.
Phase 4: Collegiate Charter School
The 4th Phase of Southern Cross Campus Inc’s strategic growth plan is the creation of a one-of-a-kind collegiate charter school. This school will not just prepare students for tests, but help them heal from past trauma and prepare them for the challenges of life outside of school. Each of the 826 students from Early Intervention through 12th Grade will recieve a top teir academic education, integrated therapy services, and life skills training before graduating with both a high school diploma and Associate of Arts degree. Our school will also provide 166 jobs with competitive wages to members of the surrounding community.
